The Oregon Health Authority has released a draft of proposed updates to Oregon’s Food Sanitation Rules (OAR 333-150), developed by an industry and regulatory workgroup to modernize statewide standards. Industry members can now review the draft, including the significant changes affecting restaurant and foodservice operations.
