The IRS and Treasury have issued guidance for workers claiming deductions on tips and overtime for tax year 2025. Notice 2025-69 explains how to calculate these deductions without employer-provided accounting and offers transition relief for tipped service workers.

The Oregon Health Authority is reviewing updates to state food safety regulations, including adopting parts of the 2022 FDA Food Code to replace the 2009 version.
